We isolate the tooth with a rubber dam, which keeps the area completely dry and free of saliva throughout, and numb it fully using our step-by-step painless protocol before touching anything. A small access opening is made to reach the infected pulp, and rotary instruments clean and shape every canal thoroughly. Because the whole procedure happens in one sitting, we take the time to be certain the canals are properly disinfected before sealing anything.
