How the Design Is Built

We take an intraoral scan alongside photos and video of you speaking and smiling naturally, since a smile that looks right in a still photo can look wrong the moment you talk. The design is shaped around your actual facial proportions – the width of your smile, your lip line, your natural tooth shade – rather than a generic template, and it accounts for things like how much tooth shows when you smile widely versus at rest, which varies a lot between people and changes what actually looks balanced.

Seeing It Before Committing

Once the design is built, we show it to you on screen and, where relevant, as a physical mock-up you can wear for a few minutes to see how it actually feels and looks when you talk and smile. You can ask for adjustments at this stage – more subtle, less white, a different tooth shape – before we commit to any of the underlying treatments. This back-and-forth is the entire point: catching a preference you did not know you had before it is permanent.

What It Actually Guides

The finished design becomes the blueprint for whichever treatments it is planning for, whether that is veneers, bonding, whitening, or a combination. This is a planning layer, not an extra procedure on top of what you would have needed anyway, and it reduces guesswork and the number of adjustment visits afterward, since the lab or the in-chair work is guided by a design you have already approved rather than built from scratch mid-treatment.
